About us

William Edge Institute is a licensed cosmetology school located at 651 N Business IH-35, Ste 330, New Braunfels, TX 78130. We offer training programs in cosmetology, esthetics, and manicuring. You can reach us at 830-387-4094 or admissions@wmedge.com.

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, including learning about our programs, requesting information, and scheduling a campus visit. You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the site, or to submit false, misleading, or third-party contact information as your own.

Inquiries and enrollment

Submitting an inquiry form, booking a campus tour, or requesting program information does not constitute enrollment, admission, or any guarantee of acceptance. Admission requirements, program length, tuition, financing options, and start dates are provided during the admissions process and are governed by our enrollment agreement and school catalog, not by this website. Where information on this site conflicts with the signed enrollment agreement or current catalog, those documents control.

Clinic services

All salon and spa services offered at the Institute are performed by students under the supervision of licensed educators as part of their training. Guest appointments are governed by our guest policies, including our cancellation, no-show, and service redo policies.

Text message (SMS) program terms

These terms apply specifically to our text messaging program.

• Program description. William Edge Institute sends text messages to prospective and enrolled students who have opted in. Messages may include replies from our admissions team, campus tour scheduling and reminders, program information, appointment scheduling, and enrollment paperwork updates.
• How to opt in. We only message individuals who have affirmatively opted in. Opt-in is collected through the SMS consent checkbox on our online inquiry and enrollment forms, through the text chat widget on this website, and on paper inquiry or enrollment forms completed at our campus. In every case the consent box is unchecked by default and must be selected by you.
• Consent is not a condition. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and how you interact with us.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. William Edge Institute does not charge for text messages.
• How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to be immediately unsubscribed from further text messages. Opt-out requests are processed automatically.
• How to get help. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at 830-387-4094.
• Mobile information and third parties. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers may be shared with service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf, and those providers are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers. Message delivery depends on your carrier’s network availability. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Email communications

If you provide your email address, we may send you information related to your inquiry, including program details, tour confirmations, and application follow-up. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
