We want our students, staff, and guests to feel comfortable and safe in our salon. We are taking guidelines set by the state of Texas seriously as we welcome you back. Here are some things you can expect to see at your next appointment:
How We Are Helping You
- You will be seated a minimum of 6 feet apart.
- All common areas and stations are sanitized after each guest.
- As always, tools are regularly cleaned.
- All cloth hand towels are replaced with disposable paper towels.
- Your designer will sanitize their hands before and after each guest.
- Your designer will wear a mask and/or face shield.
- We are taking guests by appointment only.
- We will be offering limited refreshments.
How You Can Help Us
- Please come alone to your appointment. We cannot accommodate extra family members, children, or friends.
- Please reschedule your appointment if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have recently been exposed to someone with symptoms of COVID-19.
- All guests (for now) are required to wear a mask that hooks behind the ears for the duration of your visit.
- When you arrive at the salon, please wait in your car until we notify you that your designer is ready for you.
- Please use the provided hand sanitizer.
- We will do a temperature check. If your temperature is 100 degrees or higher, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
- We request our shampoo area to be a limited talking area to limit the chance of exposure.
- If you are receiving color, we require you to process at our outdoor processing tables or in your car to eliminate the number of people inside the salon.
- To maintain cleanliness, please ask for help in the retail area.
